Exchange Policy

1. We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 3 days of purchase for an exchange.
2. For Exchange, requests message us on our website contact page or Whatsapp number and we will send you your replacement with the same rider.
3. He will also pick up your old parcel and will drop you your replacement.
4. 300 rupees delivery charges will be applied on exchange requests and customers will bear this expense.
5. In case of any issues by our side BabyProducts.pk will bear the delivery charges.
6. Exchange requests will be processed within 3 working days after receiving the returned products.
7. Mention Your Order Details And Complete Issue With Your Oder\Merchandise At Our WhatsApp Number Or Facebook Page.
